Westchester County's only alternative to jail for youth offenders in the adult system. We do our part fto fis the system that is broken for all, but especially for black and brown boys.

We offer a community-based, cost-effective alterntive to jail, on-site counseling and edcuation. We deliver clincial services using an eclectic mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and classical therapies. All delivered in a trauma sensitive framework.
