Hi, I’m Amelia Lord. I’m a facilitator with over 13 years of experience in somatics, consent, and relational skills. I’m AuDHD, queer, and Puerto Rican, and that shapes how I work.

I was a chef before I did this. My training is with the Right Use of Power Institute and the School of Consent. I host workshops and labs focused on embodiment, boundaries, and helping people trust their own yes and no. The approach is practical and grounded, and nobody ever has to perform anything.
