Paul is a certified breathwork facilitator, musician, Quaker, mystic, and a few other things. His passion is creating a safe space for people to discover parts of themselves they didn't know existed, and for groups to open their hearts to each other. He has been leading workshops in intimacy and self-exploration for many years.
