We utilize local breweries to foster a community of fitness and beer enthusiasts. We like to get social after class and sample craft beverages while getting to know our neighbors and supporting local businesses. It will be sure to cure what ALES you!

If beer is not your jam we always have non alcoholic options and welcome you to simply enjoy a high quality and affordable yoga session. These classes are great for people new to yoga, the casual yogi, or the yoga skeptic that feel yoga is 'boring' or 'weird'.

You can find us at several breweries, beer gardens, and resorts around Fort Lauderdale, FL and Pittsburgh, PA. We love coming up with new events and fundraisers supporting local businesses and non profits.
