Allegheny Mountain Institute (AMI) is a 501(c)3 educational nonprofit organization that cultivates healthy communities through food and education. We strive to reach our mission through a three-pronged approach. We support organizations, schools, and the local community by integrating farming, nutritious food, and related education into food systems and outreach initiatives. We network regionally to build a food system that nourishes our bodies, our environment, and our economy.
