Calistoga Wine Growers association represents growers and wineries in the Calistoga AVA (American Viticultural Area).  

Calistoga's AVA provides one of the most unique and special regions for grape growing.  With it's steep slopes, greatest amount of rainfall in the Napa Valley and highest amount of volcanic ash in it's soil - the region produces some of the finest grapes, the first step in superior winemaking.
