The Health Gap is a community-based non-profit organization working to lead the efforts to eliminate racial and ethnic health disparities in Greater Cincinnati through advocacy, education, and community outreach.

 Our goals are: To increase awareness of health disparities among African Americans, Hispanics/Latinos and Appalachians in Hamilton County; Increase collaborative relationships with community partners to improve health status of African Americans, Hispanics/Latinos and Appalachians in Hamilton County; Develop a research network to collect and distribute local data on health disparities through our resource center.
