Leslie A Tolf
Leslie Tolf, DCDC Steering Committee Member
“I provide compassionate, grounded support for individuals and families navigating the final chapter of life. With deep respect for each person's journey, I offer a calm, steady presence, walking alongside my clients and their loved ones through the emotional, spiritual, and practical aspects of dying. I am particularly passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ and recovery communities.
My work includes legacy planning, helping individuals reflect on and preserve what matters most—be it stories, values, or personal messages. I assist in organizing important information to reduce stress and confusion for families during a tender time, ensuring clarity and peace of mind. Whether coordinating care, offering comfort rituals, or simply holding space, I am here to support dignity, connection, and meaning at the end of life.
Each journey is unique. My role is to honor that, helping families feel more prepared, connected, and less alone.”
