The Charitable Society of Charleston is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization committed to supporting the needs of local not-for-profit groups that serve individuals across the Lowcountry. Since 1993, our members, comprised of young professionals, have dedicated themselves to making a meaningful difference through community service, fundraising, and philanthropic partnerships. With a strong focus on supporting children, the elderly, individuals with special needs, and community wellness, CSC fosters a spirit of service among Charleston’s emerging leaders—honoring decades of tradition while building a stronger future for all.
