The Dzogchen Shri Singha Europe Association is made up of a trans-European group of Dzogchen Buddha Path lineage practitioners under the guidance of His Eminence Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche.

The Association is a non-profit organization established in Austria in 2017. The countries currently represented on the Board of the Association are Austria, Estonia, Finland and Netherlands.

The aim of the Dzogchen Shri Singha Europe Association is to preserve and promulgate the precious Dzogchen Lineage here in Europe and throughout the world. To accomplish this goal, we are fundraising to build a Dharma Retreat Center, a home for Dzogchen Buddhists in Europe, and to assure authentic Dharma teachings in an auspicious location, surrounded by a strong community.

This Retreat Center will provide the necessary support to foster a practice of love, compassion and wisdom, through the reduction of worldly distractions and serving as a hub for the authentic teachings of Buddha. A fully functioning Retreat Center, open to Sanghas (Buddhist communities) across Europe, will make auspicious retreats, teaching events, mindfulness/awareness groups and yoga workshops accessible to all.
