We started Ionic Salt Room to create a space where people can heal, relax, and learn more about natural wellness in a calm and supportive environment. I love planning and hosting events in my space and other wellness and beauty providers. It brings me so much joy to offer events that help Dallas find local wellness gems.

Through halotherapy, I’ve seen how something as simple as breathing salt-infused air can help the body recover, reduce stress, and bring balance back to daily life. It’s one of my favorite parts of what I do… watching people leave feeling lighter and more at ease than when they arrived.

I truly believe in the power of community and love connecting with others who value holistic health and mindful living.
