Coffeehaus is a Detroit coffee roaster and consultancy, founded in 2017. We roast coffee that's easy to understand and easy to brew, and we've spent years helping cafes, hotels, and restaurants build their programs.

Every class runs at our roastery at 2220 Gratiot Ave, capped at eight people so everyone gets time on the machine. We teach on the Fellow Espresso Series 1, and we're among the first to teach on it anywhere. Nobody's going to lecture you about terroir. We'll show you what makes a shot good, let you mess it up, and help you fix it.

You go home with the recipes, a bag of our coffee, and enough to keep going on your own.
