My culinary journey began with a love for handcrafted flavors and grew into owning a chocolate manufacturing company in Scottsdale, Arizona. Along the way, I had the privilege of teaching culinary arts to high school students and adults, sharing not just recipes and techniques, but the creativity and joy that come with making something from scratch.

Through Salt & Velvet, I bring together my passion for small-batch gourmet salts, handcrafted chocolates, and thoughtful entertaining. Now, I’m excited to share what I’ve learned over the years through hands-on culinary classes, where others can explore new skills, discover the art behind their favorite foods, and experience the satisfaction of creating something delicious themselves.
