Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, Jockey Club S.A.T.H. Project for Healthy Families has been launched since October 2021. The project is coordinated by The Chinese University of Hong Kong – The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care, co-organized by Hong Kong Christian Service, Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Lady MacLehose Centre and Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Outreaching Team for Multi-Cultural Community. This project aims to provide culturally appropriate health information for multicultural communities and to enhance their health management. The project also promotes connection among multicultural communities, health professional and social service providers to achieve “Sustainability for All, Together for Health.”
