Through art, music, food, storytelling, workshops, and collective gatherings, Homelands invites us to honor home not only as a place we come from, but something we build together.

Homelands is organized by a collective of Houston-based artists and cultural workers whose own lives have been shaped by migration. We are all first or second generation Americans who understand the experience of holding multiple places at once: honoring where we come from while creating something new where we are.

All Homelands events are free and open to the public!
