The LAETI Mentorship Program is dedicated to providing women in the electrical trade with extra resources, mentorship, and support throughout their careers. Our mission is to recruit, retain, and support apprentices and journey-level workers within IBEW Local 11 by creating opportunities for connection, professional development, mentorship, and continued growth in the electrical industry.
