Chef Cinthia is a professionally trained chef, culinary instructor, published author, and artist with more than two decades of culinary experience. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu’s California School of Culinary Arts, she has worked in professional kitchens, private homes, and culinary education programs in the United States and internationally.

Through Chef Cinthia’s Cooking Experiences, she offers interactive cooking classes designed to make professional techniques approachable, enjoyable, and practical for the home cook. Classes explore cuisines from around the world, handmade pasta, sauces, grilling, baking, and essential kitchen techniques.

Chef Cinthia has taught culinary programs in the United States as well as internationally in countries including India, Moldova, Uganda, Cambodia, Mexico, and Russia. Her teaching style is hands-on, welcoming, and focused on helping students understand not only how to prepare a dish, but why the technique works.
