Twelve men, twelve women, seven minutes each, twelve rounds. A bell ends every round and you move on. No apps, no swiping, no opening line to invent - the format does the work, so you can turn up and be yourself for seven minutes at a time.

Two things we do differently. Matches arrive the next morning as a real email with actual contact details, not a portal you have to remember to log into. And photos are opt-in, signalled by a coloured lanyard, so nobody has to make it their problem to opt out.
