Janet Cam is a former restaurateur, wine expert, consultant, speaker, and educator, Janet Cam’s career spans fine dining, hospitality, and wine, including leadership roles at Le Pavillon and Lutèce. She is also an advisory board member of the Kitchen Cabinet for the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History food history program and founder of Front of House.
