We create thoughtful spaces where parents can connect, learn, ask questions, and find their footing without feeling like they need to have all the answers first.

Our events include The Elephant Circle, a free monthly conversation for parents raising neurodivergent children, along with educational workshops, guest conversations, and community events exploring topics such as autism, ADHD, sensory needs, emotional regulation, school support, family life, and what comes next.

At The Small Elephant, we believe today's observation is not tomorrow's potential. Sometimes the next step begins simply by having a place to see the pieces a little more clearly—and people willing to look at them with you.
