Lisa Creatrix in Me
Life Coach • Mentor • Creatrix Guide • Founder, Creatrix in Me Institute
Lisa Gardner is an ICF ACC-credentialed life coach, mentor, and transformational guide who helps women release the invisible patterns that keep them questioning their worth, overgiving, shrinking themselves, and struggling to receive.
Her work was born not only from professional expertise, but from her own deeply personal journey of becoming the woman she was created to be.
Lisa knows what it is to be the woman who can handle everything… but struggles to receive a compliment without deflecting it, accept help without feeling guilty, or fully embrace her own femininity and worthiness. Through her own healing journey, she discovered that transformation isn't always about becoming someone new. Sometimes, it's about releasing what has kept us disconnected from who we already are.
Today, Lisa helps women identify and release the emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and old survival strategies that can contribute to what she calls Feminine Imposter Syndrome; the experience of feeling that you must continually prove your worth, earn love, give more than you have, or become someone else before you are deserving of receiving.
Through life coaching, mentoring, tapping, Reiki, journaling, meditation, forgiveness work, boundary work, metaphysical tools, spiritual practices, and other integrative approaches, Lisa creates space for women to explore what is beneath the patterns and reconnect with their own inner knowing.
Her work centers around a powerful reframe:
You don't have to become more worthy.
You have to become more available to the woman you already are.
Lisa believes women don't have to choose between strength and softness, ambition and receptivity, independence and support. A woman can be the breadwinner, leader, protector, mother, entrepreneur, and decision-maker… and still experience the beauty of being supported, celebrated, cared for, and fully in her feminine.
As the founder of Creatrix in Me Institute (CIMI), Lisa guides women through coaching, mentoring, special events, and monthly New Moon gatherings designed to help them release, remember, receive, and become.
Her professional background brings an additional dimension to this work. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, summa cum laude, along with a certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation. Her career has included business and marketing operations strategy, performance management, process improvement, organizational leadership, training, mentoring, and coaching. She has led complex initiatives, developed training programs, coached individuals toward measurable success, and helped organizations and people navigate meaningful change.
But today, Lisa's greatest passion is helping women stop living from the belief that they have to prove, perform, provide, or sacrifice in order to be worthy.
She invites women to discover what becomes possible when they learn to set healthy boundaries, honor their resources, release what no longer belongs to them, receive without apology, and step fully into the woman God created them to be.
The Creatrix isn't someone you have to become.
She's already within you.
Lisa's work is about helping you remember how to find her.
