Chef Gianluca Deiana is an Italian Master Chef and culinary instructor from Sardinia, Italy. Trained in the Italian culinary tradition and influenced by the work of legendary chef Gualtiero Marchesi, Gianluca has built his career across Italy, London, and New York City. He has operated three restaurants in New York and has taught authentic Italian cooking to more than 8,000 students. Through his hands-on classes, Chef Gianluca shares the techniques, traditions, and hospitality of genuine Italian cuisine, from fresh pasta and classic sauces to the regional flavors of Italy and his native Sardinia. He is the founder of ZAFFERANO & CO., an Italian food, wine, and culinary lifestyle company.
