Hi, I'm Jo, founder of Make It.

I've always loved expressing my creative side, whether that's making things at home or going to art and craft classes with friends and family. But I always struggled to make time for it, life always seemed to get in the way.

That's why I set up Make It, for people like me, who love making things but need somewhere to go where all the thinking is taken away. Just turn up, everything's provided, and have a go.

I want Make It to be a warm, welcoming space where people can come together, switch off for a couple of hours, and focus on making something they're proud of. Variety is at the heart of it too, rather than sticking to one craft, I like to keep things fresh by rotating what I offer over time.

Make It events are perfect for a night out with friends or family, a date night, a birthday, a hen party, or a work social, or come solo and make new friends along the way. I also run private and corporate events, so get in touch if you'd like something bespoke.
