Latha Kumar is the CEO of Zamorins Solutions Inc., headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, and a seasoned entrepreneur with ownership interests in multiple businesses across the United States and India. Under her leadership, Zamorins Solutions developed ParkZapp, its flagship product now used in 36 states across the U.S., helping communities improve park and facility safety with a strong focus on protecting children.

Zamorins Solutions works closely with customers to build customized AI automation solutions tailored to their unique business needs and existing workflows. Latha also founded Zamorins Academy, a subsidiary of Zamorins Solutions that helps coaches, consultants, attorneys, SMBs, and SaaS founders apply practical AI workflows to lead generation, follow-up, onboarding, email, and administrative work.

Latha has more than three decades of experience in multinational corporations. She holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, a Project Management Professional certification, and a SAFe Scrum Master certification.

Her community leadership includes serving as Chair of the Asian Connection Iowa chapter and co-founding the Iowa Malayalee Association. Today, she combines technical expertise, business acumen, and community-driven purpose to create solutions that make a meaningful impact.
