Mamou Spirits is an independent, family-run spirits company founded by Andrea and Erik Morningstar in New Orleans. We make spirits rooted in regional botanical practices.

Our first release, Traiteur Amaro, is a modern Louisiana herbal liqueur made with native botanicals inspired by the traiteur healing tradition. We host tastings, talks, music, and other gatherings that are a celebration of people, plants, place, history, and culture.
