Bite Club hosts experiential dining events through their Dinner at Blue Willow Cafe in Wilmington NC. Think of us as a part time restaurant! Chef Steven Schnitzler creates a seasonal 5 course menu that is served family style at a large communal table because he believes that meals are better shared together with great conversation with friends you just haven't met yet. Wine is available by the glass and all wine sales benefit Blue Willow Cafe, a non-profit restaurant that trains developmentally challenged adults to work in the hospitality industry. A portion of every meal also benefits their mission. We will be throwing in some additional special menu dinners throughout the year. We spin vinyl throughout the evening, so if you have some favorite dinner music, bring it to share!
