Raluca is a developmental somatic practitioner and registered massage therapist with more than twenty years of bodywork experience.

Her approach integrates developmental somatic psychology, nervous-system awareness, embodied exploration, relational practice, breath, movement, therapeutic touch, and a deep respect for the body’s protective intelligence.

Raluca supports people in recognizing the roles and patterns that have shaped their relationships, boundaries, choices, and identities.

Her work is grounded in dignity, mutuality, curiosity, and the belief that transformation is not something we force upon the body.

It is a slow, relational process of helping the system develop the capacity it may not have had when overwhelming experiences first occurred.

The purpose is not simply to feel less.
