New Energy Project Management (NEPM) is an independent energy consulting, development and project management firm helping homeowners, businesses, nonprofits and municipalities make informed energy decisions.

We help clients navigate complex energy projects from initial assessment and planning through design, procurement and implementation. Our work spans building performance and energy efficiency, electrification, solar and energy storage, EV charging, new construction, and other clean energy solutions.

Because NEPM is not an installer, our role is to help clients understand their options, evaluate competing solutions and develop projects around their goals, rather than a particular product or technology.
