I’m Brook, the founder of Queers Without Beers — a sober LGBTQ+ community built around connection, friendship, adventure and feeling part of something.

I created the group because I wanted to bring people together without alcohol being at the centre of socialising. From coffee meet-ups and walks to hikes, days out, gaming, book clubs and bigger adventures, there’s something for everyone — whether you’re sober, sober-curious, cutting down, or simply looking for a different kind of LGBTQ+ community.

I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, relaxed space where people can come as they are, meet new people and build genuine friendships. I’m not here to control the community — I want Queers Without Beers to belong to everyone who gets involved.
