Katie Scarlett started Crowned with Confidence because she got tired of watching families wait for someone else to translate. 6 years volunteering at a Deaf summer camp changed how she saw communication. It showed her what direct connection actually looks like.

Now she's a speech-language pathologist who signs fluently, and she works with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals and families across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
