Women of Climate is a global community advancing women’s leadership across clean energy, climate innovation, and sustainability. We host international events, career pathways sessions, and industry‑aligned convenings that connect emerging professionals, global organizations, and climate leaders.

Our mission is to expand access, visibility, and opportunity for women working in climate and clean energy worldwide. Through job fairs, mentorship‑driven programs, and expert‑led conversations, Women of Climate creates a space where talent, employers, and innovators meet to build a more sustainable future.
