Natalie Sparrow – Founder & Executive Director, Fargo Fashion Week

Natalie Sparrow is the Founder and Executive Director of Fargo Fashion Week and owner of Natalie Sparrow Management. With more than 30 years of experience in the fashion and entertainment industries, she has dedicated her career to developing models and actors while creating meaningful opportunities that connect the Fargo-Moorhead community with the fashion industry.

A graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel & Textiles and studies in Theatre, Natalie has built a career that combines fashion, business, and the performing arts. Throughout the years, she has represented and developed talent for major markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, and international opportunities throughout Europe, helping launch careers while bringing valuable industry connections back to the region.

Natalie has produced hundreds of fashion shows, runway productions, industry showcases, and community events that celebrate local talent, retailers, designers, and businesses. Her passion has always been creating experiences that inspire confidence, foster collaboration, and strengthen the creative community throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area.

Through Fargo Fashion Week, Natalie is committed to elevating the region's fashion industry by creating opportunities for local businesses, designers, models, photographers, stylists, and creatives to connect, collaborate, and grow together. Her vision is to position Fargo as a vibrant destination where fashion, creativity, and community come together while showcasing the incredible talent that calls the Midwest home.
