The Message Church Student Ministry

The Message Church Student Ministry is a community of high school and college students located in the heart of South Phoenix who are not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are learning what it means to share Christ with others, live for Him every day, and become the people God has called us to be.

We believe church is more than sitting in a room and listening. We learn, teach, talk, ask questions, share experiences, and grow together. Every Sunday, students have an opportunity to be heard, encourage one another, and speak into each other's lives.

Our students learn not only from the Word of God, but also from the experiences of those around them. We encourage them to learn from one another, develop leadership skills, and eventually train and mentor others.

We are a ministry where students can be real without being judged, ask questions without being embarrassed, and grow without having to pretend they have everything figured out.

Our goal is to raise a generation of young people who:

Know Jesus Christ and are not ashamed of their faith.

Understand how to apply God's Word to everyday life.

Learn how to share the Gospel with others.

Encourage and support one another through real-life challenges.

Develop leadership and mentoring skills.

Learn to teach as well as be taught.

Grow together spiritually, personally, and relationally.

Become disciples who make disciples.
