It is our great pleasure to announce The Arts Council of Los Angeles’ formation as an
independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, ushering in a new era of artistic collaboration,
cultural engagement, and community impact across all of Los Angeles.
Building on more than 15 years of success as the Arts Council of the Century City Chamber of
Commerce, we now step forward with an expanded mission to foster a vibrant and inclusive arts
community, support artists, and underserved communities, positioning Los Angeles as a global
cultural capital.
The Arts Council will expand its programming with a robust calendar of events designed to
engage diverse audiences. We invite you to celebrate with us at our Inaugural Event on
September 16, 2026 at the Wende Museum in Culver City. This event is free and has limited
seating, so RSVP soon!
