I’m Briana A. Ferguson, an entrepreneur and community advocate with a passion for creating opportunities for youth and families in my community.

I created Pathways to Prosperity because I believe our young people deserve access, exposure, resources, and the opportunity to see what’s possible for their future. I wanted to create an experience where youth could be surrounded by entrepreneurs, successful leaders, financial resources, mentors, career opportunities, and people who can inspire them to dream beyond what they see every day.

For me, Pathways is bigger than an event. It’s about opening doors, creating connections, and showing our youth that success can look like them and come from communities just like theirs.

My goal is to continue creating opportunities that Empower. Inspire. Elevate.
