Hi, I'm Brigid. I'm the founder of Vibrant Badass, a life design brand for high-achieving women who are "fine" but ready for more than fine.

I used to be a ball of stress white knuckling life and always so busy that I was rarely taking time to actually enjoy it. I started testing everything I could find on rest, joy, and actually liking my own life again, and Vibrant Badass grew out of what worked. Now I build spaces in Tampa (and beyond) where women can stop performing and start connecting for real. Book clubs, workshops, yap nights, whatever gets us in a room laughing and being honest.
