Jessie Twineham and Laurie Weidner.: Jessie went to grad school in Ireland and lived there for nearly eight years. The recipes you will learn are those she prepared for friends on Halloween while living abroad. Laurie has taught a variety of courses over the last few years for the CoOp including two focusing on Irish cuisine. She was raised by her grandmother, who migrated from Ireland. Her past CoOp classes have included her grandmother's recipes.
