Mikhayla Harrell is a New Orleans-based artist and art educator with nearly two decades of experience in arts education. She teaches Visual Arts at Bard Early College New Orleans, serves as Co-President of the Louisiana Art Education Association, and previously worked as a Museum Educator at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art. Through her studio, Star Blossom Life, she paints botanical orchids in delicate, luminous watercolor.
