Legatus- San Francisco Chapter
About Legatus
Legatus is an invitation-only organization of practicing Catholic business leaders who are committed to studying, living, and spreading the Catholic faith in their professional, personal, and civic lives.
Founded in 1987 by Tom Monaghan, Legatus brings together CEOs, founders, business owners, presidents, and senior executives who share a desire to integrate their Catholic faith with their leadership and vocation. With chapters across the United States and internationally, Legatus provides a trusted environment where accomplished Catholic leaders can build meaningful relationships, engage in substantive conversation, deepen their faith, and encourage one another in their responsibilities as leaders.
Legatus chapters gather regularly for private executive receptions, fine dinners, Catholic formation, distinguished speakers, and opportunities for Holy Mass and Confession. Beyond professional networking, Legatus is a community of peers committed to authentic friendship, spiritual growth, and putting Catholic principles into practice in the marketplace and throughout society.
At its heart, Legatus is more than a professional organization. It is a community of Catholic leaders seeking to become better executives, spouses, parents, citizens, and disciples by living their faith with conviction and purpose.
