The Impact Network

The Impact Network

The Impact Network is a curated leadership and peer learning community serving executive directors, CEOs, senior nonprofit leaders, and social impact professionals across the region.

The Impact Network is a collaborative initiative shaped in response to two interconnected needs consistently voiced by nonprofit leaders:

  1. The need for practical, forward-looking guidance to help organizations navigate increasing complexity across strategy, staffing, finance, governance, fundraising, and technology; and
  2. The need for stronger peer connection and trusted community among leaders who are often navigating these challenges in isolation.

As funding models evolve, staffing structures shift, governance expectations increase, and technology accelerates, nonprofit leaders are being asked to do more—with greater accountability and fewer resources. At the same time, many leaders lack consistent opportunities to step away from day-to-day demands and engage in thoughtful conversations with peers who understand the pressures and trade-offs inherent in this work.

At its core, the Impact Network is designed to support both organizational strength and leader sustainability. Through a series of thoughtfully designed workshops and convenings, the Network will offer:

  • Actionable, experience-driven insights from subject-matter experts and practitioners, and
  • Intentional space for relationship-building, peer learning, and cross-sector connection among nonprofit and social impact leaders.
