Lynn Welch serves as the Volunteer and Community Liaison for Bluegrass Care Navigators, where she partners with families, healthcare professionals, and the community to provide education, resources, and compassionate support for those navigating serious illness and dementia.

Lynn is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional, and a Certified Dementia Support Group Facilitator. She is currently pursuing certification through Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care to further expand her expertise in practical, person-centered dementia care.

With a background in education and counseling, Lynn is passionate about translating complex dementia concepts into practical, compassionate strategies that families and caregivers can use immediately. Through community education, support groups, and professional training, she is committed to helping people navigate the dementia journey with greater confidence, understanding, and hope.
