I spent most of my life waiting for permission to become myself. Like many women, I had become exceptionally good at following expectations, achieving goals, and being who I thought I needed to be, while gradually losing touch with what actually made me feel alive.

It wasn't until a season of profound change that included a relationship unraveling, moving across the world, and questioning everything I thought I wanted, that I began the slow process of finding my way back to myself. Along the way, I rediscovered the things that had always been trying to find me: creativity, connection, play, and the beautiful healing that happens when women gather together with courage and curiosity.

My path has taken me from fashion design to storytelling film and entrepreneurship, but every chapter has been pointing toward the same question: What makes a life feel deeply alive, and how do we tap into that creative force?

Today, I create experiences where women can explore that question for themselves. By blending embodied practices, creative expression, meaningful conversation, and shared practice, I help women untangle old conditioning, reconnect with their own desires, and remember that joy, confidence, and authenticity aren't things we get when we’re finally good enough. They emerge when we finally have the courage to follow our unique path back to our true selves.
