Santa Cruz Women’s Network (SCWN) is a new, growing community of local women coming together to connect, support one another, and build something meaningful in Santa Cruz County — in business, leadership, and life.

We’re currently in our founding community phase, bringing together the first group of women who will help shape the culture, events, and direction of the Network. This is a unique moment to get involved early, meet other purpose‑driven women, and help build a community designed for connection, collaboration, and growth.

SCWN hosts monthly gatherings, professional development workshops, member spotlights, and community‑building events. Our mission is to create a warm, inclusive space where women can expand their networks, share resources, grow their careers or businesses, and feel supported by a community that genuinely wants to see each other thrive.
