The Prism Inkwell is an LGBTQ weekly evening meetup for writers of any kind. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for writers to socialize, build friendships, and have dedicated time to focus on their work.

Whether you're an author, blogger, poet, student, or just want a little personal journaling time, join us and get a little dedicated writing and social time to relieve the solitary nature of writing.

We meet at 5:30pm every Tuesday at Union Coffee in the Oak Lawn region of Dallas, TX.

The event is free, but we ask that you always support the business and tip the staff well. A donation jar will also be out so we can afford to continue promoting on sites like Meetup.

We have limited outlets so please charge devices in advance if you are able to do so.

5:30pm We meet and spend some time socializing

5:45pm - 7:30pm Dedicated writing time, though quiet or removed conversations are alright!

7:30pm - Technically the end of the event, though we consider this open socialization time.
