The purpose of Empowering To Be (ETB) is to empower women of all ages to BE who God has ordained them to be or who they were destined to be before the world was made.

The mission of ETB is to impart one major idea into the hearts and minds of women, which is “before you were even a thought in the minds of your parents, a plan for your life had already been established and that plan is good!”

ETB exists to help women understand that it does not matter what happened in their lives, that predetermined plan is still waiting to be fulfilled.
