Selcen Eyyubi is a professionally trained chef and culinary experience designer with more than 10 years of experience.

Her work has taken her from Michelin-starred restaurants in Istanbul and Munich to cooking in the Mexican jungle, designing independent culinary experiences and dinners in Berlin, and creating culinary experiences for retreats around the world.

Her approach to cooking and baking is based on understanding ingredients and techniques deeply enough to experiment and play with them. She uses food as a vessel for storytelling and community building.
