Here at Studio Andreas, we believe that through the power of exchanging and passing down the tradition of hands-on learning in authentic art studio environments, we can create community and kinship through genuine human interaction.

Studio Andreas first started out when Mark Andreas, owner and artist, began teaching woodworking classes out of his own artist studio. He believes that the artist studio is a transformative place where imagination and craft are limitless, becoming a window into one’s practice and creativity.

At Studio Andreas, we aim to integrate our students and community into this “window,” encouraging them to work with their hands and with each other to learn the mastery of a craft.
