Sharon Elise is the Founder & CEO of Sorvex, where she leads Sorvex Consulting, an AI consultancy that helps business leaders harness artificial intelligence to strengthen strategy, operations, and organizational performance.

Sharon holds a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence Management & Policy from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. John's University. Her career spans more than 20 years leading Business Process Improvement initiatives within the Federal Government, and partnering with executives to improve organizational performance through business intelligence, data analytics, and large-scale operational change.

As a 15-year entrepreneur, Sharon understands the realities of owning a business, maintaining strategic partnerships, and making data-driven decisions in environments where every action matters. Her background includes having held PMP, ITIL, and CMMI certifications, providing a rare combination of relating to how business leaders learn, think, and act.

Today, Sharon brings those disciplines together to help organizations move beyond AI experimentation and toward meaningful business outcomes. Rather than focusing on AI tools alone, she helps leaders identify where AI creates real value and translate individual AI use into lasting organizational capability.
