Droom Soccer is an international football scouting, player development, and talent identification organization dedicated to connecting ambitious players with professional opportunities around the world.

Founded in 2012, Droom Soccer has built a global network of scouts, coaches, clubs, and football professionals committed to discovering talent and creating pathways into the professional game. Through open trials, showcase events, club assessments, and international development programs, we provide players with opportunities to be evaluated by professional clubs and decision-makers across Europe, North America, Africa, and the Middle East.

Our mission is to identify talented footballers, provide honest professional evaluations, and create opportunities that allow players to reach levels that may otherwise be inaccessible.

Over the years, Droom Soccer has evaluated thousands of players and facilitated opportunities with clubs in countries including Spain, Portugal, Germany, England, Sweden, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and beyond. Our programs are designed to assess not only technical ability, but also the mentality, professionalism, discipline, and character required to succeed in professional football.

Through the DroomSelect program and our International Talent Pathway, selected players gain access to further assessments, club training environments, showcase matches, and professional trial opportunities.
