Solmere
Denise Solmere is a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and a Trauma-informed Conscious-living Mentor based in Connecticut.
After being diagnosed with PTSD later in life, Denise committed to understanding herself deeply and healing through a wide array of therapeutic modalities. With support from her chosen “tribe” or “village” which includes her therapists, friends, loved ones and her beloved dogs, she has learned to manage trauma and thrive, turning her journey into a path of empowerment for herself and others.
A lifelong learner and advocate for personal growth, Denise brings her knowledge, experience, and energy to help others discover their authentic selves, overcome limiting beliefs, and navigate life with empathy and self-awareness. She is currently writing her first book to share her insights and journey with a wider audience.
Denise has spent her career helping others across diverse industries:
- Created and led physical fitness and wellness programs in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors
- Supported medical providers and the pharmaceutical industry, including cofounding a training and simulation company and freelancing as an executive training producer, positively impacting hundreds of thousands of professionals and patients
- Volunteered extensively, supporting an array of communities of both humans and many animals globally
- Passionate about learning, teaching, training, and empowering others to recognize their gifts and talents
- Proficient in and certified for CPR, AED, First Aid, Professional Rescuer, Mental Health First Aid
Denise holds a BS in Business Communications with a minor in Marketing from Bentley University, and as a life-long learner, holds a long list of certifications and faculties. She applies her extensive knowledge to help individuals and communities thrive.
